Swimming Australia launches ‘Swimming 2032’ strategic plan for 2025-2032
Swimming Australia is pleased to launch ‘Swimming 2032’, the strategic plan for 2025-2032.
This strategy sets the path forward for the organisation and the sport, with a focus on maximising the opportunity leading into the 2032 Brisbane Games.
The strategy, Inspire Australia Through Swimming, covers how we will engage the broader ecosystem to lead, partner and influence through its three key pillars of Strengthen, Grow and Win Well.
The strategic review identified how we can continue to elevate the sport both in and out of the water to ensure success at the upcoming 2028 and 2032 Games but also for the generation of young Dolphins who will take up the mantle beyond.
It also clarifies how we can lead and partner with our Member Organisations to drive growth and success for all.
Stakeholders from across the sport were engaged, including a working group who oversaw the development and feedback, and featured members from the board, staff, athletes and member organisations.
The truly collaborative effort ensures the strategic direction of Swimming Australia is aligned with the aspirations of the sport and its key stakeholders.
We thank those who assisted in the development of the strategy for your time and support.
