Shaun is currently a Partner Director at boutique national law firm Moulis Legal. He has over 30 years involvement in sport as an athlete, coach, lawyer and Board member.

Melissa is currently the CEO of Initiative Australia, a global communications agency aimed at building brands through culture, having held the position since 2016.

Tim is a decorated management consultant, Harvard Business School graduate and Commonwealth Games Silver medallist.

Sally has over 35 years of experience in the Health Industry working in executive and senior management roles across private, public, community and primary health sectors.

Neil has many years experience as a Strategy Consultant and Executive Search and Leadership Consultant. During his career he was a senior partner for two leading global executive search firms.

Iain brings a wealth of combined sporting and financial experience, having represented Australia in swimming throughout the late 1990’s before transitioning to a career in corporate finance.

Susan is an astute leader with extensive Board experience, including as the Deputy Chair of VicSport and a Director and Company Secretary for the Bendigo Highett Community Bank.

Steve Newman

Steve joined Swimming Australia in July 2022 and brings with him extensive corporate experience across a number of different sports. Previous to sport, Steve worked in senior finance roles across PR.

Greg Shaw

Greg has spent most of his life working in swimming, as a Dolphin, in performance support as a dietitian and more recently as a program manager of Open Water. He has worked in an array of sports.

Jodie has etched a strong career in sports administration, with almost two decade’s experience across a variety of sports and roles.

Sam has extensive experience across sport, public policy and government, including with a National Sporting Organisation and Organising Committees for a major international sporting events.
