Swimming Australia Rankings Policy
Rankings for times achieved within Australia do not need to be applied for. Your state office is responsible for submitting results of eligible meets to Swimming Australia. If you have competed at an eligible overseas competition, we may not receive these results from the meet host. If you would like international results to be considered for rankings, you will need to email copies of the official results to events@swimming.org.au for consideration.
Please be advised that not all swim meets will be eligible for rankings.
To apply for an Australian Record or Australian MC Record at an event, please use the correct online form below. You will be required to provide a valid proof of times screenshot with your application – Meet Mobile screenshots are not accepted. Where possible, taking a screenshot from your Swim Central results profile showing that the time is valid and approved is the most appropriate form of proof.
Events run by Swimming Australia will be automatically recognised. The online forms are required for records broken at all other events.
To apply for a Relay Record, please email us at events@swimming.org.au
