For complaints of abuse
If you have a complaint of abuse within a swimming club, or are concerned about someone else, please contact Swimming Australia directly. Any person who comes forward with complaints of abuse will be treated with compassion and confidentiality. The role of the MPIO is to provide you advice on the Swimming Australia Member and Child Welfare policy and procedures. If you have a complaint or just simply need advice they will listen and provide you with the information you need to understand what your options are. All MPIO’s are trained on how to be an MPIO and will handle your call in confidence.
