The order of events on Day 1 has changed slightly to what was originally published. The update is listed below on the attached Program of Events_V5.
SwimAus Events team encourage all participants, coaches and parents to read the Information Package provided below so that you can be well informed before arriving at the event.

*SAVE THE DATE* Entries will close at 9:00am AEST (Sydney timezone) Monday 26th May, 2025. Please be sure to submit your entries before this time! Additional fees will apply for any late submissions, if accepted. (previously advertised date of June 2nd was a typo. Please be aware of the correct closing date).
Late entries will open in Swim Central from 9am onwards on the closing date – if you have already submitted your entries on time, please DO NOT re-enter them in the late entry meet. You will be charged extra fees and refunds will not be provided. We ask that you patiently wait until we have generated the Start List later that day to check your entries before panicking. Should you need to update your seed time, there will be a link at the top of Page 1 on the Start List for you to do so.
MC Carers Passes:
MC Carer passes will continue to be restricted to swimmers with an ‘A’ or ‘T’ exception. This is aimed at promoting self-sufficient swimmers who exhibit the values and behaviours of an athlete performing at a National level championship. If you don’t believe your swimmer is ready for this level of exposure, regardless of making qualification standards, please consider this when making the decision to attend.
Team Manager passes are available through the club to assist supporting athletes that do not meet the requirements for an MC Carers Pass.
