Bio
Before she was born, Holly Warn had a stroke which led to her having cerebral palsy and going into hydrotherapy shortly after she was born, which started her love for swimming.
She started swimming competitively at the age of six and got hooked on the sport at the age of eight, when she took home some medals in her first School State Competition in NSW.
In 2021, Holly trialled for the 100-metre freestyle and backstroke events at the Tokyo Paralympics when she was just 12 years old.
In 2023, she was selected to the Para Flippers Development Squad and was named to the Para European Championships in 2024 claiming the 14-15 years 100m multi-class freestyle in 1:14.65 and won the win the 14-15 years 100m multi-class backstroke in 1:30.76. At just 15 years old, Holly is the youngest athlete to be selected in the 2024 Australian Paralympic team to compete in Paris.
